Are all your pieces one-of-a-kind?

Our primary focus is on one-of-a-kind, bespoke creations and limited-edition releases. We do not do mass production. When you own a QOB piece, you own something rare.

How do I start a custom commission?

We accept a select number of bespoke projects each month. The process begins with a consultation (consult fee applies), which is credited toward your final piece. This ensures we can dedicate the time and artistry your vision deserves.

What kind of stones do you use?

We specialize in unheated, ethically sourced natural gemstones and natural diamonds, with a focus on rare Burmese stones.

Looking for something specific? We are happy to source lab-grown diamonds or other specific gems upon request for bespoke commissions.

Do your stones come with certificates?

We stand by the authenticity of every stone we set. Third-party lab reports (GIA, GRS, etc.) are available by request for any bespoke or substantial piece.

What are your production and shipping timelines?

Ready-to-Ship: Ships within 5–7 business days.

Made-to-Order: Please allow 2–4 weeks for crafting before shipment.

Bespoke Commissions: Timelines vary based on design complexity and sourcing; we will establish a schedule during your consultation.

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

What if there is an issue?

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a piece with a structural defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

What about resizing?

Please confirm your exact size before ordering. If you need a resize later, we are happy to assist for a standard service fee.
